Welcome to the website for the Moraine / West Carrollton License Bureau.

We have moved!

Our new address is 5582 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449. Our phone number and fax number are the same. We are in the Moraine Plaza next to Cashland. We share the plaza with Dollar Tree, Ron’s Pizza, Super Subbys, Ziggys and the Montgomery County Auto Titles Office. The plaza is about a ¼ mile north of Kroger at Springboro Pike and Alex Bell Rd.

As you know, the City of West Carrollton purchased the Carrollton Plaza, where our office has been located for over 20 years. They have demolished the entire plaza and hope to develop the property as the “Gateway to the City.”
